English Language Programmes are available throughout the ETB in our adult education and training centres for migrant workers, the unemployed and asylum seekers. Priority is given to those in need of Basic English language skills to a level of functional competency (A2 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or QQI Level 3). Accreditation at QQI Levels 4 and 5 and/or IELTS preparation may be offered in some centres for a fee.
